"I love the intensity of the workouts, coupled with the creativity & variety.  No two days are ever the same at boot camp, and that's what keeps me coming back.  I also love that you are able to gauge each person's individual threshold - and then push us just beyond it!  I think that when I work out on my own, two things happen: 1. I tend to do what I already know and consequently fall in a rut (e.g., run for 30 minutes followed by 100 crunches); 2. I do not do a good job of pushing myself beyond my comfort level.  With that, I not only get bored, but I ultimately don't get a good work out because I'm only targeting the same areas over and over again.  Participating in boot camp ensures that each week, my whole body is getting a work out, I'm always pushing beyond what I thought I could do, and as a result, my overall fitness level & health are improving."
